Ontario Claim Map

The Egan Discovery was exposed during 2017 logging activity and approximately 8,000 hectares has been staked, acquired, and optioned by Prosper Gold. No historic work has been completed in the area with the exception of regional geophysical surveys and Ontario Geological Survey (OGS) till sampling in 1984-1987, which identified a 5km train with elevated gold-in-till results. It contains a stockwork of quartz veins up to 30cm wide within a 2m or wider alteration zone. The alteration zone is red to brown carbonate felsic intrusive (syenite) with up to 5% disseminated pyrite. 15 Composite grab samples were collected by Prosper Gold over a 25m north-south subcrop. 8 of 15 samples returned assays between 1.2 g/t Au & 22.9 g/t Au.

The 2,000 hectare Currie Project, 8 km south of the Destor-Porcupine fault, is underlain by altered volcanic and metasedimentary rocks of the Abitibi greenstone belt. The Currie is 9 km north of the Egan Discovery. The property hosts the Grindstone Creek occurrence, a Gold-Silver-Zinc zone in massive and semi-massive pyrite-sericite schist (GCZ). The GCZ is trends east-west and is hosted by graphitic phyllite cut by felsic dykes and bounded on the north and south by volcanic rocks. Diamond drilling at Grindstone Creek has intersected Au and Ag mineralization in a 250 m long northwest trending zone between 100 m and 350 m depth. Locally significant zinc values are associated with the gold values. Targets remain to be tested along strike and down plunge of the historic diamond drill intersections.

The Ashley Mine is a high-grade quartz vein similar to the lodes of the Porcupine and Kirkland Lake gold camps. It produced 50,099 ounces of gold from 157,636 tons of ore (0.32 oz. Au/ton) from the main Ashley vein between 1932 and 1937. The vein strikes north, dips west at 30 to 50 degrees and has been followed underground for 600 metres. (Petromet Resources Ltd. (1982)) Historical surface exploration work documents 7 gold bearing veins on the Property. The Garvey Vein, 1.3 kilometres northwest of Ashley, produced a 26 ton bulk sample yielding 0.86 oz Au/ton. (Petromet Resources Ltd. (1982))

The Wydee option has several syenite bodies that resemble the Young-Davidson host rocks. A number of syenite bodies have been identified with coincident magnetic lows and will be systematically tested.

The Matachewan option has known gold showings, gold intersections in several drill holes, a large area of anomalously high gold-in-soil, and a three kilometer section of the Cadillac-Larder Lake covered under Cobalt Group Proterozoic sedimentary rocks.

Prosper Gold has the option to earn a 100% interest in the Egan discovery, Currie Project, and Ashley Mine as well as a 90% interest in the Wydee and Matachewan claims. A copy of the option agreements are available on www.sedar.com.
